NewBold Corporation announces Sami Alakkam as Vice President of Operations.
NewBold Technologies, an international provider of products and services enabling the implementation of technology solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Sami Alakkam to VP of Operations, South Florida.
Sami was formerly part of JR’s POS Depot for 7 years where he successfully led the Deployment team. With the acquisition of JRs in 2021, Sami was promoted into the role of Director of Operations and Technology and has helped to streamline the deployment process to sustain NewBold’s continued growth in South Florida. Sami has held PCI certification for 9 years and has an extensive knowledge in key injection services. He has been the main point of contact for assistance in testing new LKI (Local Key Injection) solutions. This has assisted in maintaining healthy relationships with our processing, and gateway partners which ensures we are always staying compliant and loading the most current payment solutions.
In Sami’s new role he will have responsibility for all sales and operational functions of the SFL business and will continue to report into Shelly Lewis. Please join us in congratulating Sami on is his well-deserved promotion. We look forward to the positive impact he will have on the business!
