Give Back Boldly

Creating a Better Community, One Bold Step at a Time

Our Commitment to Community,
Philanthropy, and Sustainability

Through our Give Back Boldly program, we empower our people to focus their efforts in three areas:

  • Community Engagement – We support our team members as they volunteer their time, skills, and resources to local non-profits and organizations in need. Our people show up where they live and work — supporting foster care and adoption, standing alongside marginalized communities, helping those recovering from addiction, and honoring the veterans and first responders who serve all of us.
  • Workforce Development – We are committed to creating opportunities in technology and field services — helping veterans transition into civilian careers, investing in early-career technicians, and building the next generation of skilled professionals who keep America’s retailers and restaurants running.
  • Responsible Technology – Through hardware lifecycle management and IT asset disposition, we help our clients reduce electronic waste, recover value from retired assets, and promote sustainable practices across every environment we support.

With a nationwide footprint and thousands of locations served each year, we have both a unique opportunity — and a responsibility — to make a meaningful impact. This isn’t separate from our business. It’s part of how we operate.

“NewBold was built to do work that matters—and that means looking beyond our own walls.

When our people give their time to a neighbor in need, support a veteran starting over, or take care of the environment, we’re at our best.

We don’t just permit that work—we encourage it. Because lifting others is how we all rise.”

– Johan Claassen, President & CEO | NewBold Corporation
