DataCard is purchased. NewBold Corporation is founded.
1995
Stonewood Capital invests in NewBold.
1999
Compuregister is purchased.
2004
NewBold POS Service Division is founded.
2019
NewBold Corporation acquires National Service Center from ITW. NSC is rebranded as NewBold Technologies.
