Onsite Service Contracts

Our technicians arrive onsite to execute repairs for covered hardware. We offer multiple term lengths and response times to best fit your customer’s different needs and budget.

This service includes:

  • Two PM Checks per year

Depot Service Contracts

Offer customers cost-effective, mail-in repair service. Faulty hardware is received in our depot, repaired, and shipped back within 1-2 business days.

This service includes:

  • Unlimited repairs
  • Depot labor costs
  • Non-consumable parts
  • Two PM Checks per year

Available options:

  • Single Year Contracts
  • Multi-Year Contracts

Advanced Exchange Services (AdEx)

With AdEx, end-users initiate a service call and receive a working replacement from their spare pool within 24 hours. Once received, the failed unit is shipped to our depot for repairs.

This service includes:

  • Asset management of customer-owned inventory
  • Replenishment of spare pool (if needed)
  • Unlimited swaps
  • Depot labor costs
  • Non-consumable parts
  • Next-day air and return ground shipping

Time & Material Repairs (T&M)

Provide quality repairs on a per incident basis. Our T&M services are perfect for hardware not as prone to breakdowns or with less mission-critical applications.

Onsite T&M includes:

  • Flat rate options
  • Hourly rate options
  • Same rates anywhere in the US
  • Average 2-3 day response time

Depot T&M includes:

  • Flat rate options
  • Hourly rate options
  • Average 2-3 day response time

Supplementary Services

  • Two PM Checks per year

Spare Parts Distribution

Offer spare parts and printheads at a competitive price. We can source new and aftermarket parts and blind ship directly to end-users for self-repairs. No minimum orders or hidden processing fees.

This service includes:

  • Blind dropshipping direct to end-user
  • Same-day shipping until 5pm EST, Mon – Fri
